Failing to process my claim

I bought a car on the 2013/03/25 and the dealer recommended me a car insurance named AUTOSURE. On the 2013/04/28 I got accident and the insurance sent me claim forms which I completed and supplied requested documents. A month later they then sent an assessor to check it and declared it being written off.
after so many calls they then asked for settlement from the financing bank, which I did emailed to them.
Till today iam still paying the bank and the insurance for car I don't have and they still saying they're busy settling with the bank. I then decided to take matter to legalwise which I have joined a while back.
as a platinum member I was refered to the branch manager himself to give me an impression that my matter will be dealt with immediately.

no follow up is seems to be going on so far and the banks has not been contacted by the insurance
I am truly dissapointed by the outcomes of Legalwise
