I had an accident on the 22-08-2013 and I managed to put a claim on the 23-08-2013 and the consultant that I spoke he did advise about the TOT of the assessment process and he did call as promised that the claim was authorised and that my premiums will also increase by -R82 from this month, he went and debited the amount for the 04th September of which I did not authorise it... I want my money back. Same consultant didn't give me the full details about the damages as per the assessor and if there were other damages caused by the accident and as a first time claimer I was happy that the car will be fixed. I got my car back on Saturday 14-09-2013 only to find that my car had chips on a windscreen and on a bonnet due to accident and also a funny sound when I drive. The reason I took my car from the panelbeaters is because I was told that if I don't take my car I will pay R250 p/d to rent a space. I called on Monday and spoke to Thuli who promised that someone will call from complaint department within 2hrs, I called again yesterday spoke to Makuna who told me that Thuli didn't submit my complaint and I will receive a call within 2hrs and Im still waiting for a call.
