Good day

For a few months now fonesure is debiting my account for n fonesure of R31.00 and Safety For R39.00
firstly I don't know these guys. I have never opened any account with them.
I ones phoned my bank as they provided me with their contact number then I phoned and asked them to please stop
deducting money from my account as they promised it was cancelled. but no they still do
I would like the contract where I have signed anything with them or the phone call where I said yes
to this insurance. and I would also like to know where they have gotten my bank details in the first place
