Unauthorised deduction from my account

I was contacted by a sales person from Elite Mobile with an offer to upgrade my Vodacom contract. I have agreed to this upgrade and made it clear that I required no additional products from them. Subsequently an amount of almost R70 was deducted from my account for Fonesure insurance. I have not authorised this payment. I have never dealt with Fonesure or authorised an agreement with them on my behalf. How on earth does n company get away with taking money from my account without me agreeing on anything?
