Atrocious service! No explanation given

On 22 April I cancelled all my FNB cards immediately after being robbed. Something went wrong during this process and on 1 May I realised that 18 transactions had been made at various toll gates on my supposedly cancelled credit / petrol card. I went to FNB Hatfield on 2 May to complete the transaction forms (since the person helping me over the phone was very unhelpful). After requesting AGAIN to have my old cards cancelled (I had since received new cards already) an additional 21 transactions were made, both on my credit/petrol card and my cheque card. The total of these transactions are now over R3500. FNB has also since cancelled my new credit and petrol cards, leaving me with inactive cards while the thug with my old card continues to swipe. On numerous occasions I have asked for an explanation, to no avail. I don't know who to speak to anymore. I have no faith in FNB to protect me against activities, no faith in them to get back to me promptly (FNB division has still not contacted me). I am highly frustrated about the amount of time and effort I wasted so far! Perhaps the only solution is to close all my accounts and move to another bank
