I applied for a petrol card from FNB and informed the consultant what i wanted, but i was given the wrong card and because of this i am sitting with a debt of R560. Until now i had no response from any person from the bank regarding my complaint. They phone me but cant help me or don't understand what i want and need. This incompetence from such a large financial institution is unacceptable to the public and should be rectified.
