Despite many empty promises from ABSA Card Division and their Escalation Team, my issue was finally resolved by Anna at the San Ridge branch in Midrand. Anna Mathebula maintained contact with me and despite being let down by her own colleagues in the FICA Department; the FICA lock was eventually removed from my card. Thank you Anna!
