The drive shaft on my Vito has broken and needed replacing at ZAR 13, 000.00 so i decided to repair the window winder at the same time, as everyone can see its 2 separate issues, however, I am told that because i claimed on the same day they only pay out once! TWO different items, the drive shaft has been going for a while but we could not identify the damage from the noise. This is absolute rubbish. I called and am told by Dawie that I should have read the policy as it states they will be treated as 1 claim.
Never will I use sa warranties again.
