Recurring problem & Guarentee expiring soon

Cars & Transport

To Whom it may concern
In 2011, my BMW X3 started experiencing problems. It was still within its Motor plan, but expiring soon, and I took it in to BMW SMG Durban. The car was shuddering, NO ONE at BMW would help me with this problem and put it down to "wrong tyres" ETC.I had originally told them that there was something wrong with the Drive shaft. BMW Durban was adamant that this was because of my tyres. I replaced ALL of my Tyres. This cost me - R12 500.The problem persisted. BMW continued to stall, and the km were adding up. Within 24 hours of my letter being posted, BMW finally took action and someone flew down from Johannesburg to come and my problem. The problem was put down to the Transfer Box, coupling and Diff and eventually replaced (exactly what I complained about originally) This drive shaft (all that BMW replaced) is guaranteed for 2 years. This is expiring soon and was told today, after booking it in, that there is something wrong with the fuel injectors. Rubbish! You can hear the underneath of the car's Drive shaft, not the engine. An outside mechanic found a problem in the drive shaft. I have booked in AGAIN on the 25 July 2013 for a Joburg mechanic at SMG.Hope it gets fixed
