Warrantee claims payout once for unrelated repairs

After repairing a prop shaft, the gearbox, drive shaft and front air suspension also need replacing. Innovation day these are all part of the same claim and will pay out once for the whole lot even though they are unrelated. I tell them there is no way you when reconditioning a gearbox can you tell if the drive shaft is worn without opening the front diff. They said it was worn at the time of the gearbox reconditioning do it is all part of the same claim and that it could not have worn out in the 80kns if test drives land rover did.

They also say that the air suspension was probably also damaged at the same time so they won't cover that. Zar50000 later and I might get my car back.,., dan on call centre is a condescending and therusian the manager is really nice however you can tell his hands are tied with policy written from above. Typical insurance company in South Africa, happy to take your money and will do everything not to pay out.

I would recommend steering clear if this insurance for warrantee!!!
