Manda took over my claim late when i was already frustrated, ready to tell everybody in my life how frustrating is Miway when you really need them. She has been able to turn things around, change my opinion about Miway. In fact i had made up my mind that i will never insure with them nor recommend them to anyone.

Now Miway stand a good chance with, and i have just reinsured my vehicle with them. Lucus handled my underwriting for the new car, excellent service. He identified with my fears and tried to meet my needs halfway. I hope this continues and i don't go through what i went through after my previous claim.
