I'm fed up with Standard banks services. Firstly I went online to do an application for a new savings account- Still did not receive a call from you. I then went in to the Hatfield branch during my lunch break twice this week- waited for an hour a no one helped me- the services is terrible. On top of that when I load airtime on my phone it says technical error but you still deduct it from my account- this happens time and time again. I'm fed up- I think it is time for me to go to a different bank, where I can open a new account online, where I get a lot back that you cant offer me- Its time you look after your clients.
