I met an accident in Feb 2013.
My vehicle was only returned to me at the beginning of May 2013.

Whats worse is that when i received the vehicle, my windscreen was cracked and the car sound was not working.
I immediately escalated to SAntam (Robbie Vice, Jennett Botha, the complaints dept, Jan-Louis Fischer, Francois Foot and Paula Human

Robie promised to follow up/ get the assesor to follow up but I haves still received no feedback.

Whats worse is that nobody is checking if my issue has been resolved. They all (even their bosses) remain silent.

This is the wort custoner experience ever.
