Debitted my account without permission

At around 15:00 this afternoon FNB took R2000 out of my account without notification nor permission for a loan that is 9 years old and i haven't been contacted by FNB for the last 3 years about it and now they just debit my account without my permission.

I am currently unemployed and i have R 3000 to live off for the next month and i have a wife and 3 kids.

Its unacceptable and i will be closing all my FNB accounts and going to another bank.
