R4300 deducted without authority!!!

We have had an account with fnb for a while now. Since yesterday without any notice or permission given to FNB they deducted money for loan made years ago. First R1000 then R800 and this morning R2500.00. I have not given permission. I have no money left to buy food for my kids or to pay the rest of my bills. How can they do that?? when we phoned yesterday they just told us sorry we can not reverse it - PLEASE NOTE was said over the phone that they can see no permission was given!!! Please help me!!!
