I have had FNB personal loans department Debit my account for R5000 without my permission even after I have made arrangements to pay back my debt monthly. I am a single mum to 2 school going kids how am I supposed to live and support my kids if FNB deducts my money without consent. I have been to the bank and called in to query but its saturday and no collection agents were available. I am highly stressed and annoyed and don't know how I am going to feed my kids this month. One thing is for sure. I am definately closing down this bank account for my money is not safe.
