Rudeness in call centre - card divisions

On the 4 June 2013 i called FNB card divisions collections call centre I spoke Serina Booysen, who was extremely rude and also eating while she was talking to me, she said whether she is eating or not is non of my business!!! She said I can go ahead and report her, she said she couldn`t BE BOTHERED! She is in the wrong place, she definitely shouldn`t be working in a call centre with that attitude of hers! I`m under the impression that FNB card division doesn`t follw quality standards within the call centre! I later called an spoke to her team leader Cynthia, to our suprise Serina didn`t even make notes as to what I called for on her system, that`s just how agitated she was with me!!!

DISGUSTED!!!
