I called the FNB call centre to open a new acc... it all sounds lovely on their ads, so i decided to try it. opening the account was a breeze... but everything falls apart from there on. the acc was opened on 02/10/2013 - my card would be delivered within 5 days to the closest branch.09/10/13 - no card, no call. i called fnb and was told that there was an oopsy on their side and my card was never ordered. so it was then ordered. 14/10/13, still no card, no call. called the call centre again... was told that the card was ordered but not acknowledged... no idea what that means... was on hold for - 8 mins while she investigated. had to cut the call - bussiness line. why cant i just go into the branch and they give me a card? was told that i shouldnt do that coz my personalised card was on its way. please... anyone help me.
