VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

I opened a new STD Bank acc & just had horrible service from the beginnig. First I could not swipe my card Anyware, can only draw money from STD Bank teller. Tried to draw money from ATM on 21.06.13 and card was swollowed as soon as inserted. Did not even ask for pin. My card was swiped @ OK Stone Arch, (I don't even know where that is) I can't even swipe. After my card was swollowed 2000.00 & then 1 minute after that 1000.00 was withdrawen. I received a sms while talking to line, so I According to the Line they cannot without a pin, but this is what happend. line gave me wrong info as well. I'm regretting Ever going to STD Bank. I've had NOTHING BUT trouble since I've joined. Call centre phoned and said they might not refund the 3000.00 withdrawn, which is unexcptable as it was. DO NOT JOIN STD BANK!!!
