FNB not interested in long term clients

Firstly, I have been a merchant client of FNB for approximately 30 years. On Monday, 14/01/2013, we cam into the business to find all our telephone lines down so we had no speed point to process cards. I process an average of R2000 a day on cards. I got hold of FNB merchant services and asked them to exchange my land line speed point for a wireless speed point. I called again on Wednesday, Thursday and as yet today, Friday, still no speed point. So effectively I have lost approximately R10 000 worth of transactions due to FNB's lack of performance and interest. I am seriously considering going to another supplier for this service.
