I call Miway on the 19.12.2012 had a breakdown on M1 and the guy by the name of Johan Greyvenstein help me and advise they can tow the car to the nearest place in Central jhb or get some other tow truck to take me home and they will pay R550 and i will be resposible for the diffrence.i took option 2.He send me the claim form on the 19.12.2012 and i return it on 04.01.2013 as it was holiday time. I call miway and still dont get any help. Ref 2M-GAQ7-01 and account nr.4360117
