INSURANCE DEDUCTION

AIP services has deducted a R 866.04 because they couldnt pick up on their systems that i had insurance on my vehicle. Have you ever heard of calling before you start deducting such huge amounts off someones salary. It might not be huge for you but it is for me. I'll never deal with ABSA again. I sent them the proof of insurance and tried calling them but you cannot hold on for 15 mins with no answer. ABSA's service.
I need someone to call me and advise when I am going to receive my money back as i cannot hold on for so long and waste more money.
