When you and I spoke last week Thursday you told me that my Samsung has been dispatched from Head Office and it will be delivered within 3 working days, today is Monday, oh and guess what...
No phone!!!

Called to find out where it is, I get told, head office has not even dispatched it yet, YOU TOLD ME IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

I am your client, and as your client I have done everything you have asked me to do, now when it comes to your part in this claim I have had nothing but service FROM YOU ALL.
And what is the most worrying is the fact that it seems as though nobody cares.

I AM SO SICK OF YOU ALL!!!
I HAVE NOW BEEN HOLDING 24 MIN FOR ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.
this CLAIM HAS BEEN ON GOING SINCE MID APRIL, THIS IS NOT FAIR ON A PAYING CUSTOMER
