My complaint against miway, is that 1 month since the accident and no repair done to my car! Thousands of calls and emails need attention.

On the 07/02/2013, in the slow moving of Ballito morning traffic, I have been bumped from behind (my car), by a miway client..
The damage on my AUDI A3 2012 model estimated at R 12 514.
I have forwarded all requested documents to miway for patient for the car repair, to dates, no response.

The poor service is that I have to call several time and email thousands before receiving any attention. I can not hold quotation for ever, it will e pier and will have to get another one and submit again!

The latest document was "release without prejudice" with amount of R12 514 that miway agreed to pay, which I've signed 9 days ago. I tried to follow up without success, they do not confirm receiving the document and do not respond to my emails.

In addition, I'm receiving no support whatsoever from my insurance company, FIRST FOR WOMEN, as they claim that they can not assist me because I decided to claim from miway directly.
The reason of doing so it it because I don't want ny premium to increase and I don't wont to pay R3 800 excess as I was on no fault.
