Bad Service!

In the past year I had 2 claims. Both were a disaster to deal with!
AA just pass you on to A&G who don't give a hoot either!!!
1 year to TRY and "fix" my merc, and 3 months to "fix" an Aveo after riding over a dog...
small job the Aveo was, but it took 3 months? Get the car back with many many NEW damages... they say bring it back and it starts there for ages again and comes back with even MORE new damages!!!
No manager is ever available to discuss this, but they are quick to grab your money hey??
I left SA for this, but STILL have to deal with it... AA... GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and do some customer SERVICE for the money we PAY YOU!!!
Oh dear I forgot, I cannot complain about service as there is NONE!!!
Oh and IF someone at AA thinks it about time I get contacted, use my ID number to get the 3 policies please... call me if you wish, but add 6 hours to your time as I am now in the Philippines... either way... GET THE SORTED WITH THE AVEO NOW!!!
