Disgusting treatment

Firstly it took A&G almost a full year to sort out my mercedes, now it took 3 months to repair the wife's Aveo after riding over a dog... the car has been back a few times for new damages whilst in their 'care"... and still terrible
overspray, new scratches and dents, new lights after our were alledgedly used elsewhere, and so it goes on and on!!
You can NEVER get hold of managers, they accept NO responsibility, it is all simply disgusting!!
