TERRIBLE SERVICE - No feedback after 1 month

I sent an email on the 7th May regarding the extent of my cover while working on ships abroad. Almost a month later I have received no feedback or response. I contacted the call centre on numerous occasions and had to put the phone down as i was calling from abroad and was waiting for 10min for the call to be answered. I am presently working abroad and I don't even know if I'm my insurance covers me but I guess all they care about is if your premium is paid every month!
