Unauthorised payment break and unfair billing

I have loans with african bank and few months ago I received an sms about a payment break and when I phoned for clarity I discoved that the terms were not suitable for me.dey didn't debit my account and now my accounts are in areas. I have been to one of their branches and I was asked to pay an additional payment on my loans to pervent it from accumulating areas while I sort out the problem
