I tried processing a payment for my childs school fees via fnb.mobi but i got a message that says to protect their clients security u need to dial *120*321#. Of which i think its fair enough on the banks part to protect online. So i proceed to make a payment on *120*321#. But the irritating part is using that method because it doesnt ask if u need to enter reference number and email address or fax number of the recipient to send ina proof of payment. So the reference its the recipients account number only. Now the school deals with hundreds of kids so they need to find out who the payment belongs to because there is no reference or might say they did not get the payment cos the proof of payment was not sent. I am a busy person, i dnt get time to get in the queues at banks and i belueve the bank created these systems to make life easier for us. So pls FNB ensure all your systems are proper and entails all the information thats needed so the recipient wouldget all the info thats needed. In future if a client of yours cant use the online version make sure the are security passes are created to ensure that its the correct user. Instead referring the client to a different system
