SIM SWAP

I was a victim of sim swap the 26 of May and had no feedback from ABSA on this matter. I did go to my branch to complied the paper work but till today no feedback... it is full in the press around ABSA and sim swap and the leak of commitment from ABSA to their customers and the leak of security of the Internet banking. I see ABSA did give Media24 CEO Esmare Weideman money back BUT is it because Esmare Weideman is the CEO of Media24??? I am not a CEO but I want my money back as well... everywhere you hear about this it is ABSA not the other banks ONLY ABSA
