I purchased a Kia Picanto about a year ago and got MFC to finance it, my debate order is due for the 4th or 5th of each month to them with a fixed amount. In May they did not take out that amount. I called several times and they didn't know what the was going on so no one could tell me why payment for my car didn't go through although there is sufficient money in my account. Finally when i got someone to assist me about a few days ago, he did a manual transfer, BUT now they took out the JUNE amount also which was due on the 4th or 5th of June!! i called again to ask why did that happen and this guy tells me that on the 5th of June another amount is going to be taken out!! so that's 3 amounts in this month!! Does that make sense!! Why do i need to deal with incompetent people who cannot do the right things!! I WANT MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT OTHERWISE I WILL DRAG MFC's TO COURT!!! this is so unacceptable and till now no one can tell why this happened, they are in breach of the contract which stipulates a fixed amount to be taken out on a fixed date per month AND NOT two or three amounts per month!! this needs to be address before the 5th of JUNE otherwise i'l call my lawye
