Firstly, you people cannot keep to an agreement. I loaded a cap on my Galaxy Note's data package - that was exceeded. I didn't complain at the time, because I felt I wasn't entitled to - these things happen right? Then, because the cap was exceeded my contracts amount for June was about R1600. I only had R1200 in the account and it bounced. All good and well - that was my fault again. My 3 contracts with you have thus been soft locked since the 1st June. But then, this morning you decide to debit my account for the amount of R3185.20 - WHERE THE DID THAT AMOUNT COME FROM?! The month my account was billed at R1600 was an anomaly - for the past year it's averaged about R1100, but now you want to tell me that in a month where I had ZERO capability to use my phones it's nearly 50% more expensive than what I usually pay? I call. You people are pathetic and I can guarantee you that I will be buying out my contracts, never doing business with you again and telling everyone I come into contact with how you are.
