AVOID OUTSURANCE!!!

On the 20th of may my Father had an accident with his car, authorisation was GIVEN BY OUTSURANCE TO TAKE CAR TO SMD BOOYSENS, at no time were we given the choice to take car home, after a week of no response i called outsurance to enquire as to what is happening, get informed that car is to be written off as dammage is same value as car, opted to fix car privately, when enquiring as to person responsible for storage costs and repatriation, was advised that outsurance will pay for storage until today and i am liable for frepatriation, after mails back and forth outsurance agreed to pay for repatriation and a mail was received at 09:36 am to say A1 assist will bring the car home.
after waiting the whole day and numerous calls to A1 assist, story given was that without our authorsation or any communication car was moved to smd boksburg and a new authorisation needed obtaining to get car from there.
called A1 Assist again at 17:30 to enquire where car is, was told smd not releasing the car to driver, (nobody has called to inform us of this)
