Who is to blame? OUtsurance or A1 Assist?

This morning, I WAS in a good mood, even though my husband had been in an accident. Adel was very helpful.
What has got my blood boiling RIGHT now is the "hidden" agendas.
The tow truck driver Hein, from A1 said he would tow the car to the OUtsurance yard. According to them, on arrival there, OUtsurance yard refused to take the car as they had no OT number: So they. A1 towed it back to their yard. This is now costing me in excess of R 4500.00 for towing & storage. Not the kind of money i have just laying around... I actually work for A company, I DONT OWN it.
So, does OUtsurance Yard people NOT call a person to find out what the OT number is:
THAT said & Done ;All of this happened, AFTER i had logged the accident with Adel, so was this info not fed through to the yard then...??
Is this OUtsuarnces way to their clients or A1 Assist who are trying to make a fast buck on poor unsuspecting people?
If we had that kind of money laying around, we would not have had to BORROW a beat up old Nissan Bakkie for transport.
