Why my application has been stopped?

I'm so disappointed with regards this issue. I have apply for building loan, but i was shock to find out today that my application has been stopped for processing. Which I have the Bond with standard bank on the land. That now I want to start to build and this is the treatment I receive? Shocking! I've called the call centre myself as no one bordered to advise me. I need to know why i was not advise with regards other documents that where required for this application? I have stood by standard bank all my borrowing are within the institute. But what i have found out today is actual disappointing. I'm glade today i know where i stand. i will be approaching other banks with this application for further assistance and i will defiantly move everything to other banks which for better assistance.
