Why I been pushed away everytime I try to apply?

I really don't know any more what should I do to get help by Standard Bank Home Loans. I have tried to get a further building loan on the same bond account I have with them. It was decline again for some reasons which I really don't understand. They telling about huge shortfall. The real fact this home it can be build less than that amount Ref: 004354383.Today I spoken to Tshepo form home loans sales. He told me I should re-apply after six months. Really now?? Please can I get this application which was decline from some other reasons to be re-open. One thing I Know I have no bad records or some sorts. The only thing I want is to have house for my family. Why can't I'll be helped or advise according if my plan to build is failing. I have also pass this issue to Lucy form Home Loans recovery. Up to this date no responds from her.
I want to re-open this application for buying the house which I have an offer to purchase which was signed on the 03/03/2013. Please I need assistance in this matter. Honestly I feel miss treated by STD BANK even I'm a prestige banker with them. This is contradiction to my understanding.
