My vehicle was written off in November and was settled by my insurnace within the same month. Wesbank received the funds but didnt allocate on their side. The instalement for December was deducted yet the vehicle written off. Firstly its such a mission to get ahold of anyone there and eventually when i did get ahold of someone to assist, i must keep following up with them. the latest is that the account was sent for approval on 3rd Jan... according to Wesbank, its a 24hr turnout time yet today's the 18th... account still open, no one followed up with me, account not approved, and the money has not been returned to my account.
