I need settlement letters

I have sent email to coombe abt 3/4 times requesting settlement letters from them and I am not getting any joy from them... now I need you guys to tell me the balance of the loan I am paying so that I can pay it full...

This is the last complain I have sent to coombe;
I have requested from you guys to send me paid up letters since last year October 17 and if the is money that I owe you you must send me the balance that I owe so that I can pay... I have sent numerous emails requesting this information and you don't respond yet you do read my emails..now I need to clear my name on ITC so can you please email me this info or should I take this further? I can not keep on paying while I don't know how much is left to pay... I need feedback!
