Incorrectly debited Acc closed then blacklisted me

Fnb said they had paid my Dstv debit order, said i owed them the money then closed my account without notice and blacklisted me without notice. Dstv blacklisted me aswell saying no money was ever paid to them.

I had to pay Fnb for the money they said they paid my Dstv which they did not aswell as the penalty bank charges and i had to pay Dstv the money owing that Fnb said they had paid but never so i could have my name cleared. Still today I have not had any refund from Fnb or an appology.

Fnb also says "they say yes to loans", I have been with them my whole life and they have turned every loan I have applied for down.. from Homeloans to personal to business loans. Every loan Standard bank has given me and they not even my own bank and I have paid them in full within the first 3 years including my homeloan

I left my account closed and have transferred everything to Standard Bank as they have given me every loan ive needed in the past and I know I wont be handed over to blacklisting for taking my money and keeping it
