Ad service and being walked over!!!

My phone was damaged and I had to claim from MTN insurance, I had no communication from them unless I called, contact details of the insurance consultant cant be given to me. when she finally calls she after being told by the repair centre that my phone can not be repaired due to the extend of the damages, the consultant tells me they fixed (this is after it was driven over by a 2.5 ton car). now tell me if it does not work properly they will give a refurbished phone. I bought my phone new and paid cash for it, now they want to give someone else's repaired phone? they agent (Lerato Bekobe) has no way of talking to clients and still tells me I don't have any say as they will decide... I am not happy with the way they handle clients and the 083 123 6084 number does not work at all >>> they is no communication between staff as no one knows what is happening on the claim
