Around 3 weeks ago my Blackberry had a small accident. Insurance company tells me to get a damage report. I went to the MTN Centurion store (the top one) for assistance. They told me that they cannot give damage reports and have to send the phone away which could take up to 3 weeks? I walked over to Vodacom next door and had a damage report within 15 minutes. Next day I went back to MTN to get a replacement quote as per insurance. Once again they told me they do not give replacement quotes? I was like?? Went next door to Vodacom again and had a quote within 5 minutes. Tuesday (04/06/2013) I went back to MTN to ask assistance on my new phone (something wrong) the guy there tells me he cannot help but will call me to tell me when the Samsung rep will be in the shop as they can assist. Friday (07/06/2013) I went BACK AGAIN as I have not received a call. The same guy (Charl or Karl) tells me that oops he forgot and that he was off the day before anyway?? I was like once again!!! So guess what - Walked over to Vodacom and got assisted within 20 minutes and problem sorted. After around 10 years of being your customer I have NEVER received such bad service. BAD BAD BAD BAD!!
