What must i do next

My attorneys logged a complain on the 12.03.2013 for a default to be removed off my Name, it was removed on the 30.04.2013. We later found out that this listing is back on my name on the 22.05.2013. this is after I paid off the people that had listed my name. Why is this I need this sorted out ASAP. Before I go to the ombudsman like one of your agents suggested I do. I am in a process of buying a house please really this is such an inconvenience
