I was in the FNB Cape Gate branch on Saturday 25/05/2013
With bank being full the staff randomly started assisting everyone queuing
Olivia assisted me and although the issue I initially went to the bank for couldn't be resolved she rendered a special service which isn't often found today. I hope receives a Merritt for her outstanding work.
Thank you Olivia for making banking easier!!! Your kindness made my day and I'm sure many other's too
