Always friendly fast and helpful

Every time I go to ABSA bank Cape Gate I am greeted warmly and treated as a valued customer. The staff is always friendly and helpful and often helping me with little extra things to make my banking life easier (like setting up my internet and cellphone banking when I was clueless.) The queues always move rather fast because everyone is so efficient and don't dawdle. When going to the bank is such a joy you know you are doing it right! Well done ABSA Cape Gate, keep up the good work! It is much appreciated.
