Hi There
So I recently closed my Nedbank account and decided to go with FNB. All excited I entered the bank & opened an account on Wednesday the 29th of January. I was told by the lady helping me that my card will be ready by Friday /Monday for the latest. Monday come and gone no carD. I called the Tuesday morning to be told by a lady named Olivia that I can collect a temporary card which they can issue to me for free. I went after work on Tuesday to be greeted by number 1 a long queue and number 2 long stories. I was told by Miss Pillay I have to pay R79.00. I said to her I was told no payment then she told me that is wrong info and excused herself to go and speak to Olivia who was out on lunch. Miss or Mrs Pillay came back & told me that they will charge me the R79 then they will reverse the payment. As she is busy issuing me the temporary card she said to me that the system is not allowing her to issue me a card. I am so angry with FNB bad service honestly I am NOW paying penalties fees on all my accounts because of incompetence staff i I could not fill on petrol and all this is now my expense while I am waiting on a bank card. HOW WILL THEY HELP ME PAY MY ACCOUNTS??? REALLY
