Incompetance is staggering!!

This must be the most incompetent company on the face of the earth! After countless call from them every single day I started receiving emails from them asking when the account will be settled, we responded and sent them the proof of all the payments being made and also asked for the contact details of the manager (which we never got) as they call us up to 5 times a day and although arrangements have been made they CLEARLY have NO system in place, as different people call us daily asking the same questions over and over again. The same day we were contacted by a 'manager' who apologized profusely and even promised to have the costs of the calls deducted from our amount owing, as, according to him, we get levied for every call made to us! He even promised to get the people who harassed us to call and apologize! As can be expected from this laughable institution, this never happened... They have now resulted to calling us after hours and at home. If this continues, I will have no other choice than to seek legal action.
