Harrasment of wrong person I AM NOT M L DOS SANTOS

I am receiving sms notices for a Manny Dos Santos on MY PERSONAL phone (my no since 01 November 2011) for bad debt and threats of legal action (which by the way never materialize, i.e. EMPTY threats... since i still get the messages which means NO LEGAL ACTION WAS TAKEN) and I have spoken to AT LEAST 7 (seven) operators/consultants over the past 2 months, who all promised that my no will be removed from their system immediately, but I am still receiving 2 - 3 messages every week. Every time I ask to speak to a manager with executive powers, I get the run around and just gets transferred to yet another incompetent. The last call I made, I was told I'm being transferred to a manager and and I was holding / waiting for the "manager" to answer the call, but after 4 (four) minutes of ringing I put the phone down to stop wasting any more of MY time and MY telephone costs.
