Groenewald, harassed after settling debt

Hi, I was handed over to Groenewald by FNB from a temporary ATM loan.
I was contacted by Groenewald only this year in March. They have phone calls and SMSs that they claim they made to me and they CHARGED me. I was only called by Groenewald this current year in March. I then started making payments towards an amount that was handed over of R2887.00.

I made a monthly arrangement - and honored these. I requested a balance - only to see I was being charged R25.00 each time they called me and SMS'd me. I asked Joyce Mudau not to call me again - as I would settle the monthly repayments, she continued calling and SMSing despite our agreement.

I was contacted by Joyce once more - luckily for me I went to FNB, which they told me the account had been settled. Groenewald was still telling me to pay some more money.

After receiving confirmation from FNB I had settled the debt - Groenewald SMS'd telling me ' I was to receive 100% discount on legal fees, and 10% discount on capital and that I should reply yes and an agent would contact me. I replied, the following week Joyce is calling me telling me to pay legal fees.
