Gross Incompetance!

This must be the most incompetent company on the face of the earth! We are very much aware that we owe the Department of Health money, and have tried to make arrangements with Creditworx to pay off this account, but we are clearly wasting our time as they don't seem to have ANY SYSTEM in place! we receive up to 5 calls a day from representatives that have terrible attitudes and no matter how many times you tell them something the next person will call and ask you the same questions again! After responding to an email from them and sending them EVERY SINGLE proof of payment. a "manager" called and apologized profusely and even promised to have the representatives call an apologize and then have the costs of the calls deducted from our account (as you see, YOU get levied for each and every call made to you)... As could be expected this NEVER happened, it has actually gotten worse, as they are now calling us after hours on our home number!
It seems that we will have no other choice than to seek legal action...
