Stop order date and no feedback

I have loaded a stop order via internet banking I made an error with the date instead of June I said May however when I noticed that the date was incorrect I mailed Tshililo Jeannet Begwa at the branch to change this which I had no response I then sent another secure message which I had not gotten a call then on the 25th May I noticed the money was deducted from my account I called general banking on sunday the 25th they told me they are offline since they got in this morning and not sure when they will be back online I then called Monday trying to fix this but no help I tried getting a hold of Tshililo Jeannet Begwa no luck even general banking tried they had no luck to get thru to the Rosebank branch this is bad services so much for moving to standard bank I want this fix and the funds bank in my account that is all I am asking...
